2010 Club Championships

A huge thank you to each and every member for helping make Sunday’s Club Championship such a huge success.  It was wonderful to see so many of our students stepping outside of their comfort zone to compete against their fellow class mates in a controlled and safe environment.  We had students aged from 4 to 57 competing having an absolutely great time.  The music was pumping and the atmosphere was electrifying!  In the far court our junior Athlete Development squad got to demonstrate all day full contact sparring with international referee and Team Carlo member Frank Magliozzi.  Some were even lucky enough to be coached by our very own World Champion Steve Currie.  The Poomsae Team gave us a taste of their skill with demonstrations throughout the day, showing us another side to the competitive sport of taekwondo. 

As always, the day would not be possible without the help of all our volunteers.  We thank you all so very much for everything you do.
