Carlo has been
busy since the completion of the 2000 Olympics.
He is still
training equally as hard as he ever has, for the lead up to the
Olympics later this year.

Olympian
Diaries:
Carlo has written
a series of Olympic Diaries in the lead-up to Athens for the Australasian
Taekwondo magazine (check out www.sportzblitz.net).

Carlo works
for Hall's Taekwondo in Melbourne, as instructor and coach to many
up and coming Taekwondo athletes. Carlo also trains at Hall's and
is personally coached by Martin Hall, who was an Olympic coach for
the 2000 Olympics.
Carlo devotes
a lot of his time to children and teenagers too. Whether it is through
instructing, Coach Approach teaching programs or his weekly sessions
at Essendon Boys school. Carlo has also joined the "Life's
a Ball" program, which is run through "Here for Life",
a youth suicide prevention charity.

Through Life's
a Ball, Carlo goes around to schools with other professional athletes
to teach kids about dreams, passions and believing in themselves.
He inspires students everywhere, and encourages them to tackle life's
frustrations head on, just like he has had to.

One of the most
exciting projects in Carlo's career is the documentary
that is being filmed on him. Carlo was approached after the 2000
Olympics by a Melbourne based production company to film his amazing
journey to the next Olympics. The object is to show audiences everywhere
what a hard but remarkable road it is to get to the Olympics. Especially
that of an athlete in lower profile sport like Taekwondo. Carlo
Massimino will be a household name with the worldwide release of
the documentary sometime in 2003.
For Carlo and
the world, the journey has begun ... just follow the noise!
