Teamcarlo is proud to announce the start of our first fulltime centre!

After years of teaching and competing it's time to harness those skills that I have learnt and help the next wave of Olympic hopefuls achieve their goals more effectively and efficiently.

We are hoping by next month (January 05) you will be able to start classes at our fulltime and fully equipped centre.

Our plans for the centre feature a strength and conditioning weights studio, a massage room and the launch of my new Martial arts based fitness and wellness program.

Post Olympic message from Carlo

Hi everyone. It's great to be home and finally over my jetlag.

I have been inundated with messages of support both before and after the Games. It means so much to know that so many people have been part of this journey and that making it to the Olympics was not just my experience but also ours.

It was quite an achievement for me to finally make it to Athens with the many hurdles I had to face along the way but we finally got there in the end and I'm proud to say that I did enjoy the experience with no regrets.

This Olympics was similar but very different in a lot of ways, compared to Sydney. The weather was a major plus enjoying 35 degree days opposed to my home in Melbourne where the weather is totally unpredictable. The accommodation was great, the atmosphere around The Village was energising and the food was on tap 24 hrs - what more can I say?

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your show of support and well wishes and I hope you continue to "follow the noise" because there are bigger and better things ahead for Team Carlo.

22 March 2003: Carlo wins Croatian Open Olympic event. Carlo beat Croatia 6-2. Then Carlo won against World Champion from Italy after Italy retired with injury.
