28 Day Challenge


We are offering a few select former members the opportunity to join our February 28 day fitness challenge.

Do you want to get fit and have fun along the way?

Here is what's involved

  • You can train any and as many days  Monday to Saturday

  • Up to 8 sessions  per week on offer for the month of Feb 

  • Orientation session to set goals and outline program

  • Online social group for support and resource centre

  • Nutritional education, meal plans & guides

You get support

  • Private FB Group Support

  • Mentoring & Accountability Check Ins

Class included

  • Yoga- Strength and stretching 

  • TKD HIIT (High intensity interval training)

  • BoxFit - Boxing and footwork focused

  • KitFit - Kicking fitness class, bags mitts

  • CoreFit- Swiss ball and core strength class

The challenge costs $249 and starts on the 1st February 2020.
