Absolutely.
We would like to invite you to expereince a FREE trial in our Adult Programs. It is an opportunity to get a feel for the Team Carlo culture, meet our team and learn about the membership options available to you.
We will take you through everything you need to know so you can make a considered decision.
We understand the busy nature of adult lifestyles, accomodating work and family commitments.
At the beginner levels, one class per week is all that's required to confidently progress through the beginner belt ranks.
At the intermediate and advanced levels, we recommend two classes per week to support learning and development as the curriculum advances. It is recommended but not compulsory.
Our unique grading system supports learning and development at your own pace.
There are three eligibility criterias that each student must meet to be deemed ready to grade to a new belt.
It takes somewhere between 3 1/2-4 years to achieve the rank of 1st Dan Black Belt.
However our structure providies flexibility for our adult students should they need some time off due to other commitments.
Our self-defence curriculum is based on the Olympic combative sports of Taekwondo, Boxing, Wrestling and Judo.
We provide our students with a tool kit of physical skills teaching them how to use their body to block, strike and restrain in a physical confrontation.
