We are offering our Teens and Adult members the opportunity to join our February 28 day fitness challenge.

Do you want to get fit and have fun along the way?

Here is what's involved

  • You can train any and as many days  Monday to Saturday

  • Up to 8 sessions  per week on offer for the month of Feb 

  • Orientation session to set goals and outline program

  • Online social group for support and resource centre

  • Nutritional education, meal plans & guides

  • Bonus week of training January

  • Private FB Group Support

  • Mentoring & Accountability Check Ins

Class included

  • Yoga- Strength and stretching 

  • TKD HIIT (High intensity interval training)

  • BoxFit - Boxing and footwork focused

  • KitFit - Kicking fitness class, bags mitts

  • CoreFit- Swiss ball and core strength class

Costs pending on current membership from $130 and starts on the 1st February 2020.
