At Team Carlo all of our classes are facilitated by our team of professional qualified coaches  and instructors.

Our team hold current First Aid and Working with Children credentials.


Teens & Adults Fitness


Taekwondo-inspired fitness training is about building strength, power, capability and confidence. We take a holistic approach to our members health and well-being.


We know it takes courage to try something new and in line with our Team Carlo values, our coaches and staff foster a culture of support, encouragement and intuitive understanding. 

Our small group fitness programs are perfect for any fitness level, whether you’re looking for a gym alternative, or to supplement your taekwondo training. You can work to your own goals and at a pace that is right for you.

We facilitate four wellness and lifestyle courses throughout the year to support our Team Carlo families.


The themes and content for these courses support learning and development for Mums, Dads, Teens and Families.
